Shipping policy

AsheExpress uses USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail. Please consult USPS.com for shipping times. Your package will likely arrive in a Priority Flat Rate Padded Envelope, Medium Flat Rate Box, or Large Flat Rate Box. If you have a postal slot or box that does not accept boxes, please carefully retain the slip the letter carrier leaves you in order to pick it up at the U.S. Post Office. If you do not pick it up at the Post Office, it will likely be returned to us. However, AsheExpress cannot be responsible for delivery or pickup failures at your end.

Upon receipt of your order, AsheExpress will make a good faith effort to ship your product(s) within three business days. Some products are rare and perishable, sometimes slowing down shipping. We will make a reasonable effort to contact you via the email address you provide or, in cases, the phone number, to explain shipping for individual orders as the case calls for it.
